One to One Support
A warm welcome awaits those who call at or phone the offices, which are open weekdays. Staff and a volunteer team offer emotional support and information.
A 'quiet' room is used by a group of trained counsellors and therapists to help those who seek this support.

Taking Care Locally
Support groups bring together people on the cancer journey, relatives, friends and professionals involved in cancer care. They support each other in many communities throughout Scotland by sharing experiences and learning to live and cope with cancer. Each group usually meets once a month, but informal contact gives support between meetings.
